What is Run Nova Scotia?

Run Nova Scotia is the provincial body responsible for road running. We provide leadership and guidance for road runners and road race organizers in Nova Scotia.

We are a volunteer organization that is part of Sport Nova Scotia. RNS promotes road running through road race events in locations throughout the province for people of all ages, shapes, sizes, and abilities from tots to grandparents, male and female. We also provide community outreach, lending our skills and knowledge to others to promote running as a way to be physically fit and healthy. Our common bond is a passion and interest in running and becoming or staying active.

Run Nova Scotia welcomes runners of every ability, from the provincial champions to recreational runners, casual joggers, and fitness buffs.
